Garden Plots
One of Trout Valley's many treasurers is our community gardens at the East end of the pasture. There are 30 plots available at no charge to residents in good standing. Each gardener maintains their own plot, including fencing. Residents must apply for a plot.
Gardner Guidelines:
- Please keep the pathway between the plots and the pasture free from hoses and plant growth, this will make mowing that area much easier.
- No weeds or debris should be left on the grass or thrown into the pasture. Composting within your own plot is recommended.
- No burning.
- Fencing around your plot is allowed. Fences should be regular garden fence material.
Apply for a Plot:
Plots are assigned each Spring, depending on availability, but plots can be retained from year to year as long as they are actively worked.
