Village Meeting Minutes

The Village minutes are posted on the Village website within 10 days of approval by the Village Board.  The minutes typically contain the following:  date, time and place of the meeting; list of members present and absent; actions taken at the meeting and a summary of the discussion on each subject; and, all motions and decisions made, including a record of all votes.
