Boat Club
If you have a boat and love hitting the water, the Boat Club is a must join! The Boat Club has 18 equity slips in the Trout Valley Marina.
Fees:
There is a one-time application fee to get on the Boat Club Waiting List to be considered for membership in the Boat Club (for more information see below regarding the Waiting List). The Boat Club is organized as an equity ownership. You purchase the slip and keep it for as long as you continue to use it (and remain in good standing). When you leave the boat club and vacate the slip, the Boat Club re-purchases the slip from you at the current equity rate (provided there is another prospective member to sell it to). Current equity is $4000.
Additionally, there is a membership dues fee that is voted on by the Boat Club annually. This fee varies from year to year depending on the operational needs and any planned restoration projects. The fee in 2019 was $300

Wait List:
Currently, there is a waiting list to join the Boat Club and get a slip. There are 16 people on the waiting list as of January 2020. In recent years, we have generally been turning over 2-3 slips per year.
If you are interested in getting on the waiting list for the Boat Club, there is a $100 entrance fee to be added to the list.
When your name comes up on the waiting list you will be offered whatever slip is available at the time. There is no guaranteed choice of slips. You may pass one time and be moved to the bottom of the Waiting List without having to reapply and pay the waiting list fee again.
